How to use
Start with fresh, cold water and bring it to a boil; if you prefer a milder flavor, let the water cool for about 30 seconds. Place the tea bag in your favorite cup, then pour the hot water directly over it, allowing the herbs to bloom. Steep for 5-7 minutes, or up to 10 minutes for a stronger flavor—just avoid squeezing the bag to prevent bitterness. Remove the tea bag, give it a gentle stir, and enjoy as is or with honey, lemon, or your favorite sweetener. For iced tea, let it cool to room temperature, add ice, and savor a refreshing, chilled version of your anxiety relief blend!
